The T.R.A.U.M.A. cards are designed to support abuse recognition and facilitate conversations.

Cards were created by artists and researchers who are all survivors of abuse, led by Angela Sweeney (Academic Lead, SURE, King's College London), Laura E. Fischer (Art Lead, Traumascapes), and Jane Chevous (Involvement Lead, Survivors Voices). T.R.A.U.M.A. builds on our earlier research in Safe, Seen, Supported which found that a better understanding of abuse – how to recognise it, talk about it, and respond to it – is vital.
